First Collection Bureau is the largest company in the collection services market. Every day the company's employees travel to clients almost all over Russia. They need to always have information on each debtor they work with and record all the results of the visit.

Project goal

The customer needed to develop a design for a user friendly and functional mobile application. The application had to become the main working tool of the field collection service employees and increase the efficiency of their work.

There is a lot of data on each client. This includes personal data, work history, recorded payments, and promises. All this information should be handy and easy to read. In addition, the app should allow you to manage outbound assignments and navigate your way around.

Kaspersky's laboratory - Analytics

We worked out in detail the functional needs of users, the tasks they face every day, scenarios and working conditions. Based on this information we made the first sketches of interfaces, compiled a user flow and started creating interactive prototypes.

At the same time all hypotheses underwent qualitative testing in the group of end users with whom we cooperated throughout the project. This helped us test the usability of the application early in the project.

Kaspersky's laboratory - Drafting

After determining the functionality of the site, we began preparing prototypes. We began with sketches, and transferred them from paper to Balsamiq as we agreed. They helped us visualize the way the site would work, clarify and agree on details, and later became the basis of the assignment for the designer.

Kaspersky's laboratory - Design

We did not make prototypes separately for the different versions of the devices. It was enough to take the card structure of the interface and describe the behavior of individual elements (menu, job card, author card, footer.
The mobile app received great feedback from the employees after its launch. Now collectors have a convenient and effective assistant, and they work with it every day with great pleasure
