One of the most important products in this area is the online Platform, which provides comprehensive cybersecurity training for company employees. The platform is multilingual - it supports 30 languages and is purchased worldwide.

Purpose of the project
The platform is quite a complex product. At the beginning of its implementation in the companies, new administrators undergo mandatory training. But even after that, Kaspersky Lab technical support receives a lot of requests to help make certain settings.
In order to make it easier for administrators to understand and manage the Platform, a detailed manual had to be created. It was important to take into account that administrators are not always technical experts. Therefore, the information in the document should be presented very clearly, and the document itself should be written in language that is easy to understand.

During the project, we studied the Platform functionality in detail and analyzed the sequence of steps for the administrator during implementation. It was important not only to describe all the features, but also to give instructions on how to start working with the Platform and what moments are the most important to control.
We have compiled a detailed table of contents, developed a style of document design that allows you to easily find information about each described element and understand the explication. We also worked out the navigation through the whole document to simplify navigation and search for the necessary information.
