We designed and built the mobile application that became the primary working tool for field agents of Russia's largest debt collection company.

How do you combine rich functionality with ease of use?
Field agents travel to clients across Russia every day. They need instant access to information on each debtor and must be able to log the results of each visit promptly.
Each client profile contains substantial data: personal information, interaction history, payments, and promises. All of it must be easy to scan at a glance. The app also needs to support task management and route navigation.

Analytics & User Flow
We thoroughly defined functional user needs, tasks, scenarios, and working conditions, then built the user flow and a functional map.
Prototyping
We created interactive prototypes in Balsamiq, using a card-based interface structure and specifying the behaviour of every element.
User Testing
Every hypothesis was validated through qualitative testing with a dedicated end-user group that we collaborated with throughout the entire project.
Design & Development
We used the company's brand colour palette. Red is an assertive colour — the challenge was to use it judiciously to keep the design light and energetic.

Route & Navigation
Field task management and optimal route planning with maps integration.
Outcome Logging
Quick logging of visit outcomes: statuses, photos, and comments. Data syncs with the core system.
