The third-party service previously in use was expensive to operate, had a poor interface, and customisation either took too long or was simply not possible. Technical support was non-existent.

Existing Service Analysis
We studied the existing service, conducted user interviews, and analysed integration possibilities with other systems. We then built a functional requirements map.
Prototyping & Testing
We established a user group for regular sessions and testing. We refined functionality, interfaces, and user scenarios before development began.
First Version Development
We automated data error handling, implemented concurrent multi-user work on a single client's debt portfolio, and built integrations with third-party systems. The system is stable under high load.
Development & Support
Following the launch of core functionality, the service entered continuous improvement and support.
