AI Brain Diagnostics Platform
We designed and built an AI-powered EEG analysis platform: a tablet application, cloud backend, and clinical report visualisation. From EEG recording to report — in two minutes.
How do you make brain diagnostics fast and accessible?
Traditional EEG diagnostics requires expensive equipment, a dedicated lab, a specialist neurophysiologist, and days of waiting for results. Brainify.ai is building the foundation for precision medicine in brain disorders by turning EEG data into objective biomarkers.
The goal was to build a complete end-to-end platform — from EEG acquisition via a wireless amplifier to AI-powered clinical report generation — all within minutes, right at the point of care.

Discovery & UX Design
Two analysts worked alongside UI/UX designers to map user journeys, data-collection protocols, and clinician-facing interfaces.
Platform Architecture
The solution architect designed a system comprising a tablet application, cloud backend, and visualisation layer. A DevOps engineer provided the infrastructure foundation.
Development
A cross-functional team of 10: a .NET developer, two backend engineers, a frontend developer, a DevOps engineer, an architect, and a project manager.
Demo at World Health Expo
The platform was showcased at World Health Expo Dubai 2026 — the largest medical exhibition in the Middle East. Over 80 diagnostic sessions were conducted across four days.
A complete pipeline from EEG recording to clinical report
Tablet Application
A .NET tablet application that connects to a wireless EEG amplifier via Bluetooth Low Energy and manages patient records and data-collection protocols.
Cloud Backend
A Python backend that orchestrates data streams, pre-processes EEG signals, and delivers AI analysis results to the clinician's screen.
Report Visualisation
A presentation layer for diagnostic results and brain biomarkers — clear, actionable clinical reports for physicians.
Brain diagnostics in two minutes
The platform was showcased at World Health Expo Dubai 2026. Over four exhibition days, more than 80 complete real-time diagnostic sessions were conducted — each representing a full cycle from EEG recording to clinical report.
